These are potent Psilocybe Cubensis Magic Mushrooms
The race of mushrooms in these capsules is “Ecuadorian.”
The Ecuadorian is a variation of the well known and popular Psilocybe Cubensis or Mexican mushroom.
Many thousands of years ago, the Cubensis spread all over the world and adapted itself to the planet’s many different climates, in this case to the climate of the region now known by us as the country of Ecuador. Over time, its appearance changed, but also, and more importantly, it grew stronger than its Mexican brother.
Psychonauts who would like to order magic mushrooms such as the Ecuadorian will be happy to learn that, apart from its higher potency, the Ecuadorian also produces a far more consistent trip than the Mexican mushroom. Trip intensity remains the same all through the experience
I have grown many different races of mushrooms over the years (Penis Envy, Ecuadorian, Cambodian, Gulf Coast, a few others). They differ mostly in colonizing time, fruiting time, size of fruiting bodies, etc. When choosing a race to grow en masse for my store, I considered the following: I wanted a race that was potent and consistent. If someone has a good time on 2g of my mushrooms in December, I want them to be able to order 2g in July and get the same level of psilocybin they expected.
The Ecuadorian race is a strong and hearty fungus, producing more psilocybin per fruiting body than the average cubensis.
Each capsule I sell contains exactly ½ gram of mushrooms. So two capsules = 1 gram; 4 capsules = 2 grams, etc. **
All gel capsules are made from vegan plant material. These are not gelatin capsules made from animal parts. No animals were harmed in the making of these mushrooms.
Handy GRAMS-to-OUNCES-to-POUNDS conversion chart (for people who prefer to think of mushrooms with imperial measurements):
3.5g = ⅛ oz
7g = ¼ oz
14g = ½ oz
28g = 1 oz
57g = 2 oz (⅛ lb)
